WHAT IS BUSINESS FREE FROM DISEASES?

Our business is approved by the Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and is periodically controlled by the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Forestry that the animals are free from tuberculosis and brucellosis diseases by taking preventive measures prescribed by laws and regulations.

Our cows and our goats that are grown in the natural environment, and their milks, which are milked without contacting with hands are sent to the cooling tank in hygienic environments. They are cooled down to 4 degrees within 15 minutes. The milks are served to you by keeping them natural without processing.

NOTE: Raw milk must be consumed or turned into other fermented milk products (yoghurt, cheese etc.) within a couple of days.
